Cons
Starting salary of 15K remains for the full 4 months (1 month training + 3 months probation), and can be extended; after PF deductions, take-home is around 13K. Salary growth is limited; title changes after several months may not come with a pay increase. Management communication can be slow and mostly limited to online platforms. Shifts advertised as 8 hours can stretch to 9 due to extended meetings. Required to use personal laptop with monitoring software tracking activities, browsing history, and camera presence throughout the shift. Monitoring can include screenshots and appearance checks, which may feel intrusive.
