Pay is good. Work is manageable. Local managers are nice.

Cons

Mass layoffs. No warnings. Under the guise of furloughs. No updates. Said furlough but said we have no intentions to rehire you. This company will cut corners and fire anyone to save a dollar. Be warned

Pros

Great place to work if you want to work from home. They provide all the equipment, (laptop, monitors, dock station). Somewhat flexible with the start time for the day.

Cons

There is hardly any one on one meetings with your supervisor to discuss possible career advancement opportunities. Though the company seems to be growing very steadily there haven't been many increases in salaries.
