I joined Conifer a year ago. No experience whatsoever in affordable housing, but I came with the basics which was the knowledge in property management, and providing an exceptional customer service experience. I knew it was time to take that leap of faith to further my career. When I started, I was provided with a very large support team from Community Support Specialists, Fellow Community Managers, Director of Leasing and Marketing, and My Regional Manager. Lots of Training, and Hands-on allowed me to be very successful within the last year. I am very excited to work with amazing colleagues. Colleagues whom I call family. Conifer is one big family. The open line of communication makes everything run so smoothly. Definitely a GREAT place to be!
