Pros

The company as a whole is great! Decent pay and good benefits. The executive staff is very approachable and nice which is a rarity.

Cons

The HR department is gross. I was told by my Training manager that I couldn't teach certain topics because the Property Management staff are "luddites" and "not educated enough to understand". They stomp their feet about how employee development is so important but they fire people without warning. They smile all the way up to the point they terminate your employment which they won't provide any reason or details because they don't have to.
