      Worst management in the world, zero guidance. All their training is over the internet. If you don't know the software oh well. Most unprofessional upper management, my regional cussed at me and wrote me up! stayed for 6 months and I was out! Turn over rate is crazy but now I know why

      Conifer's Future is Bright

      Pros

      Conifer is a place where everyone truly is part of a family. We just went through a significant change in ownership and have a new CEO (end of 2020 and during 2021). The transaction really set Conifer up to be exposed to new capital markets and ways for Conifer to grow to development in more states. The expanded SLT team at Conifer truly does have a voice and can help make decisions to foster this growth initiative. Roger and ELT have been very transparent and great sharing these details!

      Cons

      If you don't like change and want to do the same thing year after year Conifer might not be the best place for you. Also Conifer needs to improve its technology in many areas of its business, but this is well underway.
