I am what we call a Conifer "Re-Con." I left the company and came back for a really great opportunity and I couldn't be happier with my decision. I started as a community manager and have worked my way up through different positions. The opportunity for growth at this company is huge. The culture is really awesome and your co workers are great, too! The company went through a few growing pains over the past few years, but as an employee, I feel confident with sticking through this time with Conifer because they recognize their weak points and are committed to only become stronger. Highly recommend working here!
