Pros
Conifer has really invested in my personally and professional growth. I have been given numerous opportunities to further my skills pertaining to my role and have attended a number of conferences/training courses. Working in my department has been a great experience; learning about new tools and platforms that I would otherwise not know existed. I have become extremely well-versed in many aspects of the Company and feel I play an important role in the Company's overall success.
Cons
Although I feel I will be able to accelerate at Conifer quickly, I feel the pay is not as competitive as it could be. That being said, I think Conifer represents an average pay scale according to Rochester.
