      Co-Workers at all levels are an amazing Team to work with. The Executive Team has recognized where we need to do better and has backed it up with an action plan. Pay and benefits are great, flexibility is supported, and career growth is encouraged. Overall a top place to work!!

Supportive & Encouraging Work Environment: Home for possibilities is not just a slogan for our residents, but a commitment to our employees. Commitment to Improvement: The Conifer Executive Team and Owner Leadership continually seeks employee engagement and feedback to find ways to fairly improve our work life opportunities, to ensure our work/life balance and to hear what the employees' needs are. A mission statement that serves both career/financial growth and society need. As a leader in the Affordable Housing industry we change the lives of so many seeking premier affordable housing that provides long term housing stability but Conifer also strives to meet the needs of their employees with the same level of commitment.

      Cons

      Industry wide limits on salary and benefit expansion: The Affordable Housing industry generally struggles to compete with many other industries, including market rate apartment communities where the revenue can be increased based on expense. We are limited by program regulation so what we would like to offer is sometimes hampered by what we can afford to offer. Must be able to multitask and be organized! If a new employee is not dynamic and able juggle multiple responsibilities at one time, struggling with organization and time management, then Conifer might be a place of employment that causes stress.

      Working as a team PTO accrued within first year, continues to grow Full benefits, FSA, all provided to employees

      I have had minimal issues with co-workers, but they were revolved professionally and to my satisfaction
