- Great company culture and internal growth opportunities for all - Ranked as one of the top largest national affordable housing companies and growing - Amazing benefits, PTO, bonus program, volunteer time off, and many employee wellness & learning/development offerings.

Cons

Truly can't think of anything that leadership isn't already aware of and working to improve for employees. Conifer has numerous avenues for employee feedback and works hard to eliminate hurdles.

Very little training for Community Managers, you just have to learn as you go. Pay is low for the position. High stress due to residents and management.
