      Helping people get an apartment

      Staff doesn't really care about there tenants! Plus they have their favorites! Not a good environment to fit in you might have to be a family member.

      Pros

      Employees are this company's greatest assets. The amount of knowledge, and accountability the on site staff is responsible for gives off the appearance that we all make 50+ a year. The 'low on the totem pole'never falter to help each other where training is lacking.

      Cons

      There is a very VERY defined line between upper management (the home office staff) and the on site level staff members. It is a line where promotions are based off a popularity contest and not work ethics or knowledge. Conifer is among the lowest paying company in this type of business and it clearly shows with the increasingly steep turn over rate (a turn over rate which upper management seems to not notice at all-WE ALL SEE IT WHY CAN'T YOU

      The company culture is great, everyone is nice, the benefits are pretty good. My supervisor is very flexible. Free coffee is a great benefit

      Nothing, I really enjoy working here
