Conifer is so much more that I thought! They are so very "employee friendly" and the resources they offer are more than top notch, from training classes to phenomenal benefits, supportive departments and the VERY best managment company I have worked for in my 14 years of property management. Conifer actually allows property managers to "be" property managers and take care of our residents! Thank you Conifer!

Pros

Lots of great ancillary benefits. Plenty of time off between paid holidays (13 or 14), PTO, summer hours, and volunteer hours. The current leadership finally has the right goals, mindset, and drive to make things happen. Great things are happening here.

Cons

I think there is some work to be done with accountability at all levels.

I've only been at Conifer for about six months, but I really enjoy the people I work with, and everyone's willingness to work together and do what's right. I'm more towards the end of my career, but I think Conifer is the place I will finish it out. The company also has ambitious plans for growth, and the financial backing to acheive it.
