Good HR System PTO accrues faster then other places and 401k after 30days

Cons

you will be assigned to work at 1 property without any other maintenance tech but yourself so everything is on you. when it comes to on call you have to respond to 5 other properties that your unfamiliar with cause you dont work there normally..

The company culture is wonderful. I truly feel like the company cares about me. I enjoy the industry and feel good about being able to provide affordable places to live for our residents.
