Pros

A growing company with opportunities for hard-working employees. It's a meritocracy where performance-based incentives help to grow your paycheck and responsibilities.

Cons

The first year PTO is low, as compared to other in the market and the healthcare plan is expensive for families.

Pros

The company is located in a great location. The pay was fantastic and the benefits were out of this world.

Cons

Management sucks. As I stated the pay was great because of the commission but don't let the manager find out you make more than them if you begin to. They will set you up to be fired.

Pros

You will work hard but the support and training are great. It is a fun, relaxed and generally positive environment. The other sales reps are friendly and helpful to the new staff. You have to earn your stripes but the earnings potential is great.

Cons

I struggled a little with order entry program, Salesforce. If you have used Salesforce previously you will have no problem. If not, ask lots of questions, everyone is willing to help.
