Hight turnover rate, the department heads are inexperienced, lacks in empathy, sympathy and the moral is horrible. They spend money feeding food that kills you then expects for you to be the happiest employee ever because you brought the office pizza. They want you to spend a small amount of time on the phones with seniors, which is impossible at times. They want a quantity over quality and because of this. The employees they usually fire are the ones who actually care about the customers.

Where do I start?They do not have respect for employees.Managers are lazy play favorites and turn over is high.New rules every day no training, Employees take advantage of senior citizens and management turns a blind eye.Pay always changes and in my dept (upsells) 2 of the top producers left 100000 plus because of supervisor.
