Pros

Opportunity to make good money when the company advertises. Nice work environment. Managers are always respectful and kind. Company is very proactive reacting to competitive pricing.

Cons

Sometimes we're told there will be lots of advertising but the promise isn't always kept, and we make a lot less money. During slow times, inbound calls appear to go to the top tier first leaving much less for others.

Pros

I enjoyed helping people and getting paid a good wage

Cons

management turnover rate as well as the billing systems were not accurate causing unnecessary contact to current customers. Also when new products were introduced the employees were rarely made aware to be able to educate us on the new products.
