      Your colleagues are people that are very nice (non-management).

      The managers/directors are very good at hiding the truth and have deep prejudices.

      made a good amount of money until they shut my leads off

      Cons

      Some people are treated much better than others...you are treated much better is you are willing to RAT on other employees. They watch and listen to everything you do. I would not be surprised if they monitor bathroom habits.

      Pros

      This is a great place to work as an entry position. Very flexible with the schedule and the opportunity to make good money. Also, a very good environment to work in.

      Cons

      There is new upper management who are basing call volume on metrics that are flawed. Health insurance for family is was too high. You will be micro-managed. No room for advancement in company.
