      * Poor CEO - The company lacks proper leadership. The CEO is rarely in the office. He is very autocratic and meets only a handful of employees and runs the company through them. He has no clue what he is doing and no charisma/character * Culture - The CEO and the HR have made sure the culture is horrible. The promotions and rises are reserved for the CEO's pets. All the hard working employees have left
