Pros
I learned a lot while employed at Connect. Seasoned developers were willing to assist in my progress and growth. I really appreciated Connect's efforts regarding culture. They gently nudged me out of my introverted developer comfort zone and encouraged me to attend company lunches and team building activities. I really respect that the CEO was actively involved in the development team and their projects.
Cons
Connect is growing very fast and they had to change some of their benefits to allow for the growth. We did not have a FT remote work option until COVID happened. Since COVID, Connect has gone to FT remote and will not be transitioning back after life returns to normal.
