      Pros

      In the short time I've been with Connect Search (under 1 year) I've really enjoyed getting to know my co-workers and the managers. The Partners care about your success and it's really rewarding to do well and be recognized for it. No pressure to go into the office, which is also cool.

      Cons

      I haven't seen anything negative so far.

      Pros

      Great culture and team environment. Co-workers all are collaborative and easy to get to know. Interview process is easier and quick. Great benefits and pay and commission and very competitive. Good amount of PTO and great work life balance.
