      Pros

      They are very professional and very candid with their candidates. Marc is also a true proven professional and understands both sides of recruiting; the candidate and clients need.

      Cons

      I think that one of the issues that they will have in the future will be keeping their enterpenurial spirit. Unfortunately that focus is lost in alot of their competitors. It is something I truly hope doesn't happen.

      Pros

      I would just like to say that working with Marc McRoberts was a refreshing change from other recruiters. He was always available, yet he didn't micro manage. His primary concern was always about me. He has somehow managed to find, that difficult to acquire, balance of being supportive without being overbearing. I would work with him again any time.

      Cons

      Nothing to say, really. Pay could always be better.

      Efficient Successful Recruiting

      Pros

      I met/interviewed with Connect Search shortly after moving downtown looking for part-time work beginning my full-time job. I had interviewed with several other recruiting firms with no success. After work with Marc Roberts at Connect Search I was placed on a job within a week. Marc and Connect Search did a very good job at finding a position that met my skill set, but also matched my required hours and compensation levels. I would high recommend using Connect Search when in need of a new career choice.

      Cons

      I did not have any issues when working high Connect Search, however, I did only use them for part-time/temporary work and cannot speak on behalf of their other services.
