      They are an all encompassing agency

      Cons

      They have a toxic work environment, no trainings for new employees, no team building events, and the Chicago offices think they are above that of the ones in Wisconsin. The Chicago people hate the Wisconsin people and are petty fighting over split credit and not building relations.

      Not a good place to work

      Very toxic and unstable work environment that was not inclusive

      Cons

      This company suffers from a serious lack of diversity. If you look a certain way and laugh at inappropriate jokes you might do well here even if you don't produce. It's a popularity contest where the managers are bullies and make inappropriate comments/jokes. There is no leadership and the managers will not provide you the tools to be successful and they will talk about you behind your back. This place is a revolving door with most people lasting 3-6 months max. They will steal commissions and clients and then show you the door. Certain people are given special treatment (handed clients/placements) while others get chastised publicly for not closing deals when there are no jobs available.
