      Pros

      -Flexible work schedule -Excellent managers who do not micromanage -Competitive compensation, benefits, and PTO -Positive, team-oriented work environment -The employees there are genuinely nice, helpful and respectful -Rapidly growing company

      Cons

      No cons--I had a very positive work experience, particularly as compared to other staffing agencies.

      Pros

      If you are going to do staffing in Chicago, this is the place to do it. When you first start they do a good job of making you apart of the team. From day one you have access to top management who have great insight on how to close more deals and be a better business professional. When working there and making money for ConnectSearch, I found there to be a lot of freedom and had good work balance. After leave the company to move to a new state, they paid me out on my commission. Over all they were a great organization to work with from start to finish. Staffing is hard and isn't for everyone, but if it is for you this is the place to do it!

      Cons

      - Could improve communication across teams. (Things like slack could save time on things like excess company emails)

      Beware - They Hire Recruiters & BDMs to steal

      Pros

      Younger group with a lot of energy. Everyone works hard, including the Managers and Partners.

      Cons

      They mainly hire staff from the staffing industry to steal clients from their former companies. They have a grace period for when they fire recruiters and sales reps. 4 months, 6 months, 12 months, 15 months. Then you're gone. Termination is based on popularity and not performance. Individuals have been fired after performing to the standards given. Most quit right before, beforehand because they can see all the signs. They promise work life balance, but they DO NOT offer that at all.
