Benefits were ok, sub-part compared to similar companies Access / Contact with HR was not discouraged

Cons

No work/life balance. Especially in the beginning. Intense pressure to get up to speed within a certain amount of time and if you're not, they want to know "why". It made each employee that was new feel degraded and "picked on". Some teams are amazing and their reps treat them like real people and give nice bonus money under the table to their people, which makes them want to work harder.........while others dont receive ANY bonuses for doing the same work

Remote opportunities, great benefits, great salary, great coworkers and managers

Cons

Workload is too heavy, they let people go and instead of replacing them they expect the rest of the team to pull more work. Promotions are given and the pay for said promotion delayed.
