9yIt is unfortunate that you do not enjoy the working environment. You fail to mention the additional benefits that were not in place before PC Connection, Inc. purchased Softmart. These include a significant reduction in your medical contributions equating to almost 50% less deducted from your paycheck, better prescription drug coverage, tuition assistance, better paid time off including dedicated sick time and dedicated vacation time contrary to your statement, better disability benefits including company paid LTD, Adoption Assistance, Fitness Reimbursement, Computer Loan Program and many other perks.
