Pros

If you get a great manager as I have, it makes all the difference. Lots of PTO, flexibility for work/life balance, the office I am based out of has a great group of people.

Cons

Outdated software, most employees expected to use their own technology/equipment, salaries for sales could be more competitive.

It is a great work environment and a great place to start your sales career. I have met incredible people here along with management and vendors.

Cons

Salary. Not great starting. Small growth within the company. still being ran like its the 90's.
