Felt like I was just a number. Systems outdated, went from being a salaried employee to an hourly employee which means my pay was essentially cut in half. Management is looking out for themselves and the employees that they like (very cliquey). Had to clock in like you're working in a factory. They speak of diversity but top management is mostly white and male.
