- Hybrid work - Collaborative teams - Easy to understand processes/systems - Everyone is nice for the most part - Work life balance was good, I was never expected to work after hours, and they offered flexible schedules. I liked working here but there was no room to grow. If you are not a teacher there are not frameworks to growth in role/salary/opportunity. The co-workers made it worth it until it wasn't anymore. Each school is specific however, so other schools (other than where I worked) may have better systems in place for that. Overall, I would recommend it but with the understanding you will be in the same role for many years.

- No growth opportunities - Low salary - Management likes/promotes 'yes' people versus those actually qualified - Salary increases are not based on performance, It's a system of moving up a level based on year tenure.

The principal was hands down one of the bosses I have had. Great leader. My coworkers were also very supportive.

Cons

The pay was low, but I taught there a few years ago. Not sure what it is now. Lots of grading.
