I have been working from home since March due to the pandemic and the transition from office to home was incredibly easy and I am still able to perform all tasks of my job.

Eh, no one sexually harassed me?

Cons

Inept management, constantly being threatened to off-shore your work, mental/emotional abuse ala "Why can off-shore get this done in 1 day and it takes you a week?" - well, because they turn in crap code I then spend a week repairing during the next spring, that's why!

Great Benefit Package, decent pay, and good teams to work with. Within the pharmaceutical industry it doesn’t get much better.

Cons

Sometimes the work becomes monotonous and customer service based work is always frustrating at times. There is room to be promoted however the process is long and if you’re in the same role for too long it becomes tedious.
