Business Outlook
Pros
This is a fast-paced, high growth company with a lot of potential. Entry level positions do not require a college degree and offer plenty of room for advancement. There are growing pains as the company continues to evolve, but leadership is excellent and is making the right business decisions to move forward. Amazing culture! The medical benefits are top notch - way better than most at this point.
Cons
The only "negative" I can think of is that, because of the high growth, employees are in different office locations - the company is in the process of building a new building so all employees can reside in one location - but until then, you don't always have access to people you need to meet with as they are in a different office.
