Pros

Employees that you work with.

Cons

Disappointed that this company doesn't follow what they preach. Men are offered more pay than women.

Pros

Benefits/PTO. New offices in Pittsburgh.

Cons

Poor management. High turnover (over 950 employees resigned last year). That's embarrassing because the company doesn't have many more employees than that. Seems unrecoverable. This Company is slowly circling down the drain.

Pros

There are no pros to working for this company.

Cons

Turnover is high, management treats employees as expendable entities instead of human beings. The company will institute a policy forcing everyone to adapt and then 2 months later disregard the policy leaving everyone in the dark and scrambling to do their jobs effectively.. Communication from the top down is nonexistent. If you tender your resignation they will force you out before your desired last day with no replacement to cover your job leaving the remaining employees to pick up the slack indefinitely. The pay is extremely low even for salaried employees hovering on average in the $40k range with paltry raises of 1-2% per year, the yearly bonus is so low that it’s laughable but they use it to lure employees to the company then make excuses why the bonuses and raises are always so low every year even if you have a great performance review.

ConnectiveRx Response

Without knowing the details of the incidents described by this reviewer, we can confidently share with all readers that our HR team drives regularly updated policies in three key employee-friendly areas: 1) Salaries are determined by fair market rates in Pittsburgh or northern New Jersey, as is appropriate for the campus where a team is based 2) We have a corrective action plan process in place for all Teammates who need support with job performance. Based on this, it's unlikely that an employee exit was a surprise to them--it would however remain a private situation between that employee, their management, and HR. 3) While bonus structures are explained in detail with an employment offer, annual raises are based on performance and ultimately determined by a Teammate's management. Overall, ConnectiveRx is committed to recognizing excellent performance for work that's aligned with our core values and meets individual, job-related goals. Many other reviews on Glass Door will illustrate positive experiences along with visibility of a clear career path and a culture of wanting our Teammates to succeed, read on!
