      Pros

      Starbucks coffee machine. Decent benefits, but only guaranteed thru end of this year, so not sure that it is a pro.

      Cons

      Inconsistent information. Poor leadership / communication. False promises. Poor annual increases. Company sells an employee first culture but stopped practicing it when the ConnectRX acquisition was announced.

      it WAS a great place to work once

      Cons

      This company was once great to work for, excellent co-workers, great work to life balance, respect for each other. Not sure if it's the bottom of the barrel new hires they are finding under rocks, or the beyond terrible management of the contact center specifically, but moral is low and co-workers are on the brink of quitting everyday. Please explain the internal contact center hiring, please.

      Pros

      The job it self is not a bad job. The people that you work with are awesome, friendly, helpful.

      Cons

      Close to No PTO Management is horrible no-one is on the same page and there is no confidentiality , word spreads fast depending on who you work under. No employee handbook to go off of. They kind of make rules up differently from person to person. No appreciation for their employees
