Pros

sometimes you get given scraps from their meetings in the form of free lunch and snacks. Coffee machine sometimes works

Cons

You are overworked, underappreciated, underpaid, and berated for not dedicating your entire life to this company. It's very arrested development "how much is a banana, 10 dollars?" when talking to any executive. Also, they force all employees that are not executives to work in office while they are at beach houses during the pandemic, far away from the chance of infection.

Pros

Free snacks, health insurance was really good

Cons

I worked at ConnectiveRx for less than one year. I left without putting in 2 weeks notice because I had simply had all I could take and was fed up beyond words. This place was a toxic disaster and that's putting it lightly. Management will force you to do mandatory overtime with no notice, but they somehow always manage to leave at 5 pm sharp. The supervisors and managers hang out in an office and kick back while employees are crushed with work. You will be held to unattainable quotas and scapegoated by management when something goes wrong. Management asked us to do sketchy things, like tell an insurance company that we were calling from the doctor's office when we weren't so they would give us protected health information that a 3rd party like ConnectiveRx shouldn't have access to without patient consent. Their hiring practices are negligent, to say the least. Several women in the office were sexually harassed by an employee who as it turns out, had several violent felonies on his record, all of which were public information. A lot of positive reviews on here are formatted very similarly, almost like one person wrote them all...What does that say?

Pros

The pay is good and the insurance benefits are good at a great rate.

Cons

Supervisors and managers are highly unprofessional and will talk about employees to each other as well as other employees. They don't appreciate or recognize hard work. They change policy and procedure every 5 minutes, not to mention work location. The work is boring and repetitious but could be tolerable if management was not such a joke.
