Pros

Promotions from within. Coworkers are great resources for information. Leadership is willing to help you. On site gym, free coffee and tea, onsite Starbucks and restaurant. Plenty of opportunities to advance. Educational scholarships, contests, plenty of employee engagement activities. 15 Remote days per year

Cons

The starting pay could be a little more competitive. Offer more training to those newbies who've never did this kind of work so they are more successful when they hit the floor. Hire less complainers to keep the environment less toxic.
