Pros

Friendly coworkers at the lower levels, sales teams try to do right by our clients

Cons

It's owned by a PE firm, so it is all about the financials here. There's high turnover because the management has ridiculous growth targets imposed by this PE firm - they can't afford to waste time valuing their employees because they are too busy trying to keep their own jobs. CEO is a joke - he makes arbitrary decisions that make the lives of EVERY employee substantially harder and never bothers to ask whether or not they are good ideas, which has a negative trickle-down effect as people rush to accommodate. No effective training means you have to pick up as you go in a fast-paced, complex environment, making mistakes until you learn better as employees cover for you. The leadership also keeps bringing on new acquisitions and forcing the employees to figure out how to fit everything together into a cohesive structure with minimal guidance.

Pros

There aren't any. It's horrible. And getting worse. They say they have core values. They may... For clients and patients - but when it comes to employees - forget it! They treat us like we have zero value to them.

Cons

Management has gone downhill in the past 8+ months. They are all about keeping employees down. They play favorites. The people who actually are high performers and excellent at their jobs are never given opportunities to grow, and in fact are treated the worst. CRx has not stayed true to its values in any way. People are given promotions who have fast less experience and far less time with the company. Lower QA scores. It's a very unfair system. People are passed over and over and over. And these people are very, very good at their jobs.

Place is a joke

Pros

We used to have holiday parties, an amusement park day, free family tickets to baseball game. Not any more.

Cons

Before ConnectiveRx took over this was a great place to work. Now its your typical corporate job. Where they praise diversity and inclusion, talk about how they are all about work and family life balance. All of that is strictly for show. Unless you are high up the food chain, no one cares about you, your feelings or your family. HR is a joke, so dont bother. They have taken away bonuses, flex time, ect. Pretty much anything that has made this place tolerable. There is zero training for actual programs. Only a weeks training introducing you to the company itself. The pay is well below what other companies pay for case management.
