Pros

Nothing that outweighs the bad.

Cons

I worked for a company that was taken over by connective rx. Once they came in everything began going downhill at a rapid rate. They began to clean house as soon as they arrived. While imposing new “procedures” to benefit the company, they did not provide an option to retrain on their methods. It was either you did it their way or you were fired. Miscommunication is at an all time high with this company. Going from employees to managers and even Human Resources were unable to provide clarification on how the company wants to run things. Human resources are unable to communicate within each other about the same topic so you'll always be speaking to someone new about the same thing over and over again. Human Resources will pin blame on anyone to make themselves seem like the “good guys”. They want you to exceed performance at the rate of bare minimum. They lure you in with bonuses and “incentives” that are most definitely laughable. You will always stay at the same position because while they claim to “hire from within” they don’t give the opportunity to go for higher positions to people who have been working endlessly. They make people feel as if their life is only about work. You have no life outside of this place. If you have children, they make it seem like they are a burden to the company. This is a favoritism work environment and you will know if you are not favored.

Pros

Family oriented...wait...not anymore. Respectful mgrs...nope. Approachable and caring HR....LOL

Cons

Managers are ganging up on good employees who question the WFH pullback. Write ups for non provable items. Stripping the titles and demoting those who want to remain at home, punishing the ones who already exceed expectations. Its a good ol boys club now with mgrs who care more about how their hair looks than who their reps even are. its obvious they are out of touch with reality. Your people are not happy. This USED to be a great place to work. Now? Dont waste your time. HR doesnt care about the worker. They dont even respond to emails about issues, unless its to call you insubordinate. Company is not replacing those leaving over the callback. work load for those staying will be increasing, even with a demotion. No cost of living increase while being forced to drive more miles and be away from family more and force hardships that were avoidable with WFH. No guarantee to go back home. Timeframe is all over the place. Mgrs say 1 week, 2 weeks, 3 months, never. Which is it?

Pros

Health Insurance is ok, thats the only pro anymore.

Cons

-Micromanagement is at an all time high -Recalled all WFH positions even after employees were hired on to be full-time remote workers. People are now forced to commute 2.5 hours one way or simply quit. -Culture is horrendous, if you are not part of the "in crowd" you arent of value regardless of skill sets and work ethic. -Pay is low and COO/CEO believe employees dont deserve any kind of increase due to inflation. No work/life balance. If you have kids, this is not a job that cares. Forget about them, your hired to work and that is what you should do, all of the time.
