No opportunities for advancement or growth. Lower pay on average than competitors. Unrealistic workload expectations. Menial pay increases. Nepotism practiced. Separation between operations and any form of upper management.

There is a serious problem when management promises a promotion in writing, makes you work harder than anyone else and take on a lot of responsibilities outside of your job description, then announces to the whole team that someone else got promoted to the job you were working for. Not only that, someone you trained for the team. When brought up to management and HR, they responded that it was OK that I was lied to because they had also been lying to several other employees. They will nit pick on everything you do even when they don't understand the system themselves. Raises are cents per year, on an already low starting pay. Even when you exceed expectations the entire year, they will rate you as meeting expectations and act like they're being generous. The rest of the reviews here speak for themselves. This place is toxic.
