      Pros

      Decent pay, leadership is nice, easy location and parking, lots of amenities in the buildings, room for growth.

      Cons

      Employees that have been with the company awhile are not compensated for their hard work accordingly. We are all struggling in this day in age, and to find of I am one of the most seasoned people on my program with the highest ratings and paid the lowest because all new people make more than I do since they raised the pay bracket, is truly disheartening.

      This company has a history of paying men more than women for performing equivalent roles which has been discussed by several employees. This harms morale and limits the company's ability to retain top talent. Unfair opportunities are due to inexperienced employees being given roles because of social status.
