Pros

I have been at Connective RX for almost a year. Pay difference from my last job is great and the benefits could not be better. Since the first day, I have been treated as an equal and with respect from speaking to the CEO and down. They are very family oriented and sincerely care about their staff. I can honestly say that I love my job and everyone I work with. Managers are amazing and are very helpful. I highly recommend anyone to apply and see for yourself.

Cons

I can honestly say from a personal standpoint that I don't have any cons to speak of.

Pros

The insurance is good. They give you a good plan to try to get people to work for a shady company

Cons

Management does not know company rules. Outbound call center that tries to get information that isn’t even authorized to get. Violates HIPAA. Third party company. An 8th grader could do this job to learn some skills. I am embarrassed to say that I worked here.

- Open office space with WiFi and plenty of meeting areas to unplug and collaborate - Friendly and helpful culture; leadership/management team love to help - Challenging yet rewarding responsibilities - Ability to work remotely if needed - Snack/Coffee bar (espresso machine and cold brew coffee on tap!)

Cons

- Onboarding process is a little disorganized - More information about navigating employee portals would have been helpful
