      Pros

      There is a lot of promotion within. Culture is clearly a focus for leadership and is improving.

      Cons

      A lot of change over in leadership makes business direction confusing. Work from home is not available in some of the business but not all. HUGE lack of diversity in leadership. A majority of leadership roles are filled by white men all who have worked together at other companies. Lack of outside perspective.
