      Pros

      I've had nothing but positive experiences throughout my time with CRx. The people are professional, courteous and collaborative. We've grown very fast over the last few years which can cause some uneasiness when it comes to change management. The good news is, we've grown and we are constantly improving. I would highly recommend CRx and the C level leadership team.

      No cons. There are always growing pains with any organization.

      Pros

      I’ve had the opportunity to work here in two different positions where I’ve been able to meet and work with basically everyone at all levels. This company cares a lot about career growth (I’m just one example) and helping people achieve the level they want with LinkedIn Learning Courses, trainings, and specialized coaching between management/employees. They are actively working to make everyone feel they belong with their Diversity and Inclusion initiatives like ERG groups and events for the whole company to learn from minority groups. This is definitely the most diverse place I have worked at. There are a lot of wonderful people who work there. This is the best company I have ever worked for and have been treated very well since starting here in comparison to other companies where I went to work with anxiety daily. My work/life balance is respected and I am challenged so I can excel in my career.

      Cons

      Wish there were more people on-site! They offer hybrid and remote/hotel positions depending on the team, but makes for empty offices.
