Pros
The training is good before you get on the phone . They do nice things like kazoo and letting you volunteer virtually and such.
Cons
They are always hiring which means they are not doing enough to keep their current employees. Mgmt don't seem to be on the same page. QA tells you one thing then mgmt on your team tells you another. The rules are constantly changing which frustrates the patients Into thinking the program is a scam.
