      Pros

      Some solid people with great passion and ideas.

      Cons

      Those that still have their passion should if they have not already leave. EMT only cares about business, not about patients. The company created core values that leadership doesn’t even follow themselves. Leadership will turn down great candidates because they can’t control your every move and thought. HR is a hilarious jokes who will look past accusations and sometimes straight facts because of the friendships they have.

Sales has a ‘hook them now, apologize later’ philosophy the EMT approves of EMT is only looking to cash out on the sale
