Thanks for sharing. We agree... it's a really great place to learn and work and we love self-starters. But, we also understand that there can never be enough training. Thats why, this year, we are hyper-focused on launching more robust training to support all of our Teammates, not just new hires.

Pros

Flexible, Good Team, New Tech, Always learning new things. If you are looking for a stepping stone job (1-2 years) this is it. Great manager.

Cons

To start the company can't keep great employees. I started when the company was smaller and when the company was bought by ConnectiveRx, that's when everything went down hill. My final days there, I was working 60+ hours to meet promised time lines from business. Also, I was told I was being promoted to a senior level position. It took 6 months for HR/Upper Management to push the promotion through. Everytime I asked about the pay raise and paperwork, no one could get me an answer and it was always on someone else's plate. I know this happened to many of my friends there (who were some of the best I've worked with). To say the least none of us are still there. The director of my department was hired based off who they knew. It's sad because the company makes a ton of money and they do nothing to keep the great employees around. I felt inclined to write this because I receive a text about every couple of weeks asking if where I'm at now is hiring. Terrible people management

Thanks for leaving a review. We’re encouraged that you enjoyed your team and manager and learned a lot during your time at CRx. And, while the unprecedented challenges of the Covid-19 pandemic did delay promotions by a few months (and have since been given), that delay contributed to our ability to keep our entire workforce fully employed throughout the pandemic. Over the past year we have also been focused on developing more robust, informative and impactful diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives including the launch of 3 Employee Resources Groups, the formation of a DEI Council and a Sponsorship program launching this summer. We’ve also been enhancing our training platforms through our CULTIVATE program that includes things like funding for continuing education and certificate training as well as leadership development. Thanks again for your feedback. We have shared it with our HR Management Team.
