Great job if you like a commission based job with factors you can't control

Pros

I'm somehow still not homeless after working for 7 years at a poverty level wage

Cons

Complete joke of a commission structure. Why would you want to have to rely on your coworkers in order to receive your full commission payout? Working with a burnout that can't do their job correctly? Looks like you're paying the price with your commission check buddy! Oh look you finally managed to solidify a pitch to be able to meet some BS metric that is required to get your full commission? Well we changed that again this month so time to learn how to pitch this new thing.
