Connecture is not the same company it used to be

flexible schedule, ability to work from home, many intelligent and hardworking co-workers

Cons

Connecture has become very management-heavy, and that management sets unrealistic expectations. The company demands too much of its employees - expecting evening and weekend work to meet unrealistic deadlines with a very buggy product.

Pros

Very generous PTO policy and flexible work schedule - great for balancing work/family life; great leadership - senior management is very approachable; opportunities for growth exist and are encouraged; location of company is great - close to everything; and pay is good.

Cons

Very fast paced environment - which is expected with any rapidly growing company. I don't mind, as they are flexible as far as working hours, working from home, etc.

Lack of organization company wide, management under qualified or out of touch, sales out of control - promise the moon and falls back on staff to deliver unreasonable expectations.
