Sometimes, the smaller sites are less supported due to the smaller budget and less office staff. Big jobs can be a pain if you're stuck on terrible tasks with apprentice status, or disliked journeyman status. Sometimes you get leadership who wants you to rush or not worry about craftmenship as much as you should - all in the name of making themselves feel better (avoiding looking bad to the bosses, or wanting to get ahead). Its a production industry - time is practically always against you, so take that for what it is.
