Pros

Very smooth onboarding experience. HR is a Joy to work with. I had to move otherwise would have stayed indefinitely. Great place to work. Good Benefits. HR is very helpful. Management quickly addresses employee concerns.

Pros

Not all the management is bad and the ones that aren't care. The team really makes it worth it they work hard to make up for the lack of good management.

Cons

The main issue is poor communication from management and lack of accountability. The pay also isn't enough for the ever-changing expectations at times.
