Pros
Flexible scheduling, helps you get licensed, and health insurance. Great for a starting job and possible jumping point to a better position
Cons
I expected to work 40 hours a week not an average of 32 hours a week for the entire time I have been employed. When I started this job I was paid 11$ an hour great in my opinion, however I found out that with a year experience the brand new hires that did the same job and had the same status as me got paid 16$ starting pay. 8000$ more for an inexperienced hire than one that has worked faithfully for you as a company for an entire year. With no real difference what so ever!
