Lots of double standards. Awesome small break room. Its always great to start off temp. No set stats to help you get better

There is tons of answers to one question. Meaning that every supervisor had there own policy and set rules

Pros

Pay is great, relaxed dress code. Not micro managers. They are all approachable. All of my peers are friendly. Good location.

Cons

Not open long enough for later schedules. No cafeteria avaliable. Parking is a little difficult. The ice machine doesn't work anymore.

Cons

Nearly no communication in upper management Seems there is no one to accept blame for faults They took away our vacation days at the start of a new campaign and didn't let us use them The software you use to view members information is buggy and abstract Seasonal job. No careers here. They stress and hold very firmly the right to let you go whenever they want. Job security is non existent. No growth potential for individuals with goals. You will be let go and they will try to rehire you.
