Pros

Connexion has great benefits. They pay for CEs as well as non resident licenses. This is a great company to learn Medicare with training wheels. Supervisors are nice and very knowledgeable.

Cons

They pay is low but you have other benefits that balance the low pay out. They also do bonuses as well.

Pros

You are lucky if you get a good team lead, you may get offered incentives on the last week of AEP

Cons

constantly switch teams because leads don't seem to last long, Will keep your license captive but you don't get sales calls routed to you. horrible communication

Pros

It was a job, one might say one of the jobs of all time. Sometimes we could read books between calls or play some browser games on an approved website, but those privileges were given and taken based on team performance, so I was punished for other people's scores.

Cons

Zero training and thrown immediately into calls, no structure for training, and then they decided to do training 6 months into the job to go over absolutely nothing new. While also no promise to make us normal employees able to access benefits either, even though they wanted to keep us beyond the original end date.
